I made an error last week and gave the wrong science lesson. I corrected that error today. The lesson is in Google Classroom under Science, but it was posted last week. We are going to have time tomorrow to finish this if we finish our geography lesson in time.
We continued with algebra. We have entered the review portion of the unit. The test is on Thursday, December 18 at 12:55 PM. We finish the unit tomorrow. There will be a review day on Wednesday, and some time on Thursday morning. The pages were posted on Friday.
The afternoon was spent introducing our media literacy assignment. This assignment was posted a while ago in Google Classroom under Language. It is titled "Lesson 8". The entire afternoon tomorrow will be set aside to work on this.
We listened to Mars Patel Season 3 Episode 6 today. We were unable to complete the activity because of time restrictions. I want to get this podcast finished by Friday. I don't want it to carry over into 2026. So I'm pushing the podcast along but taking away the work. The work that is being missed is getting covered in January. I will still give each student the handout. It is optional.
We lost some time today because of dental screening. I believe an email will be sent to you if there is an issue. I do not have this information for you.
A reminder that we will have a celebration on Friday afternoon. No peanuts or Tim Horton's. These items will be sent back home if they are brought to school.
