Sorry for the lack of communication over the last week. I will do better moving forward.
We continued doing group activities in math today. It is really important that students know how to work with other students. We will continue doing this in class as it is a weakness so far.
We began our social studies/history curriculum today. The grade 6 students will be looking at reasons why people move to Canada and the grade 7 students will be looking at early settlers in Canada.
We also started our science curriculum a couple of days ago. We are going to be learning about ecosystems.
A form went home today. Please check to see if the information is accurate. If there are any errors, please correct it with a pen and sign the sheet at the bottom.
