We continued working on our art today. We started this assignment back in February but we still aren't finished. I'm hoping that we can have this finished by next week.
We learned more about financial institutions and mortgages today. We talked about different types of loans and interests. We looked at savings and whether or not investing in the stock market is worth it. I am going to have to move the math test to Tuesday, April 28. Today's lesson took a lot longer than anticipated. I will provide the class with the pages to review tomorrow.
We continued our utopia/dystopia unit today. We finished up yesterday's lesson. We finished early but not early enough to start the fourth lesson. So the day ended with us working on our art. I also gave each student a pen today. They can use a pen in all subject areas except for art and math. Since I do my marking in black marker, I don't mind if students use red pens. Any colour is fine by me.
