Happy New Year!
It was great to see everyone back today. It's also really nice to be back into a routine where we know what day it is.
Today's science lesson was posted in Google Classroom under Science. There are some new tools in Google Classroom that allow me to create short videos, podcasts, and study notes using the work I am using in class with AI. I tried it today for the first time. However, AI does make mistakes, so the video might look a little off. The purpose of this is to help students better understand our topics. I will continue to use these tools to help students understand the material taught in class.
We started our next math unit. We are going to do all things with measurement. We worked on a question in class. We will take it up tomorrow.
The afternoon was spent finishing up some work from before the break. Nothing new was started today. We are going to move on to lesson 9 of our media literacy unit tomorrow.
