Hello,
Both grades received new science lessons today. We watched a video about the mysteries of Saturn for the grade 6s. The grade 7s learned about how industries separate mixtures.
We started our latest math unit today. Over the next few weeks, we will learn about fractions, decimals, percentages and ratios. The activity was not finished today. This specific activity will be concluded on Wednesday.
The afternoon was spent finishing the Saturn video and finishing our War of 1812 video.
I will be away tomorrow for religious purposes. There will not be an update tomorrow. If you know you will be away this Friday and/or Monday, you can log the absence using EDSBY. I anticipate some absences on Friday and/or Monday. I am not going to continue curriculum on those days due to the high number of anticipated absences.
