Hello,
The grade 7s continued their science curriculum today. The work was posted in Google Classroom. We will continue with a new lesson for both grades in science on Monday morning.
Both grades worked on some math today. We did some practice questions to help us with next week's word problems that we are going to do. We will be doing four word problems over the course of the week. Our focus will be measurement.
The afternoon was spent catching up on work.
Next Friday, we will have a celebration in the class to say goodbye to 2024. I am asking students to bring their own lunch. You can also bring some snacks to enjoy. I am planning to have our celebration after lunch. This way, each student can still eat their lunch before they start having other foods. As a reminder, please don't bring foods with peanuts (or other nuts).
