Hello,
We did a review lesson today in math. The review is found in Google Classroom under Math. We will be writing a quiz tomorrow about mean, median, mode, and range.
We continued our science curriculum today. We started our lesson on invasive species. This will continue on Thursday. Tomorrow we will be continuing our social studies/history curriculum.
After lunch, we wrote a grammar quiz. All quizzes have been marked and returned. Each student received an email with a copy of their results. Marks have been posted in Google Classroom under Language. We continued working on our paragraphs as well.
Important Dates:
- Tuesday, November 1 is Picture Day for everyone
- Tuesday, November 1 we are having a math quiz. The quiz is about mean, median, mode, and range.
- Tuesday, November 1 the grade 7s are going on a field trip to Roy Thomson Hall. All the information you need is on the permission form.
- Tuesday, November 8 the grade 7s are going to Scanlon Creek. This trip is free. Please read the permission form carefully. There is important information about Lyme Disease. The form must be signed and returned to school whether or not you want your child to attend.
