Welcome Back!
My name is Peter Constantopoulos and I will be teaching your child this year. There are a few returning students from my previous class. I am happy to have them back! The class is a 6/7 split class.
For the families who do not know me this is my 18th year as a teacher. I have been at Teston Village since the school opened in 2007. I have one daughter who is 17 months old.
Many parents ask about materials. I don't have a specific list because I do have materials in the classroom for your child. However, if you do want to have your own I do suggest having pencils, pencil crayons, a pencil case, a math set, and a calculator. The only item I can't provide this year is a binder. Each student needs one binder with dividers. Or you can have 4 smaller binders. Your child does not need a computer. There are enough computers in the classroom for everyone.
I update this daily. I will be sending the link to this every day in EDSBY. This link will also be posted in Google Classroom for your child to see. I will be posting any homework here as well. Everything we do in class will also be in Google Classroom.
If your child is sick and needs to stay home, please keep them at home. Since all work will be posted online they will not miss anything. If your child is sick they will not lose marks. I will work with them when they get back to catch up.
