Happy New Year!
Sorry for the delay in sending this but it was only announced about 30 minutes ago that schools will be virtual for the next two weeks.
This virtual learning starts on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. I will not comment on anything else because I don't know what's going on. I also will not be with you after Wednesday. My last day is January 5, 2022. I will be going on parental leave. I am scheduled to return on Monday, February 22, 2022. I will be 100% honest with you right now. I don't know if I will be back on that day. I will keep students informed while I am away.
Ms. Dakers takes over the class on Thursday, January 6. She will continue teaching the material that I have started and the material that I have planned for the rest of the school year.
You can reach out to me if you have questions. A message has been posted about Wednesday in Google Classroom. Please have your child log in so they can read it. I am going to post it here as well.

Here is what we will do on Wednesday:
Math 8:15 - 9:15
French 9:15 - 9:55 (you will need to go to your French Google Classroom for that link)
9:55 - 10:15 Recess (screen break for everyone!)
10:15 - 11:15 Social Studies
11:15 - 11:55 Art (I won't be doing a new art lesson. I want you to find an art photo online and share it with the class and tell us why you like it!)
11:55 - 12:55 Lunch (screen break for everyone)
12:55 - 2:35 Language (I won't be starting anything new because this is my last day. We will have time to work on Social Studies and probably read on Epic. Mostly, we'll be hanging out as I say goodbye to you!)
Math test? Don't worry about that yet. It won't be this week.
I do want you to find an educational site that you can share with the class. We will probably have time for that in Wednesday.
